Abstract EN
A comparative study has been established between two wide band gap II-VI semiconductors ZnSe and CdSe.
This study included the calculation of electron-positron momentum densities and their profile anisotropies, electron-electron momentum densities and positron lifetimes.
The computational technique used here is based on the IPM coupled with the use of the electron pseudo-wave functions.
