The coordination compounds of platinum(II), palladium(ll), and rhodium(lll) with 2.6-diaminopyridine (DAP) have been investigated as potential anti-tumor compounds.

2.6-Diaminopyridine complexes of Pt, Pd, and Rh exhibit significant effects on the humoral immune response in the animal system.

The Pt complex was most consistent in enhancement of antibody forming cells since all groups injected with the complex showed a positive response.

Both Pd and Rh showed different antimitogenic activities but the effect depended on both the time factor and the conditions of injection
