Abstract EN

-The optical transmission spectrum is of great importance in the determination of the optical parameters of semiconductors and dielectrics thin films.

Many parameters such as surface roughness, crystalline state, films thickness, refractive and extinctive index of the medium may have an influence on the shape of the transmission spectra.

This work uses the MANIFACIER and al.

method for films, which feature fringe pattern in the visible region.

The behaviour of the calculated spectra is in good agreement with the experimental spectra (as reported elsewhere)
