-The electronic charge densities for AlSb, GaSb, InSb, InAs, and InP are obtained by using empirical pseudopotential method (EPM), while the ionicity of the same compounds were calculated at normal and transition pressure by using Zaoui et al model.

The results found are in reasonable agreement with the experimental and the theoretical data.
