تم القيام بهذا البحث الميداني لمعرفة إلى أي مدى يمكن للجو الحار أن يكون مصدرا من مصادر الإجهاد لدى الفلاحين العاملين في ميدان فلاحة النخيل.
تكونت عينة البحث من ثلاثة عشر فلاحا كلهم ذكور و قد تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي من منطقة الزاب و هي منطقة تشتهر بإنتاج أجود أنواع التمور في الجزائر.
قام الفلاحون بكل المهمات التجريبية الست و هي (حفر التربة، التلقيح، إنزال العراجين و توازنها، قطع الأوراق الجافة، تغطية العراجين و تغليفها، و أخيرا قطف العراجين)، بحيث تم القيام بكل مهمة في وقتها الصحيح و المناسب.
لمعرفة صعوبة العمل، تم الاعتماد على نبضات القلب.
و لمعرفة مقادير الإجهاد الحراري، فقد تم حساب مؤشر WBGT لقد بينت النتائج أنه و عند القيام بمهمة حفر التربة، لا يتعرض الفلاحون إلى الإجهاد الحراري.
لكن عند القيام بمهمتي إنزال العراجين و توازنها و قطع الأوراق الجافة، فإن الفلاحين يتعرضون إلى مستويات عالية من الإجهاد الحراري حتى و إن تم العمل في منتصف الصباح أو في المساء.
و فيما يخص مهمة تغطية العراجين و تغليفها، فإن الفلاحين إذا استمروا قائمين بها لغاية منتصف النهار، تصبح هي الأخرى مرهقة أيضا.
في الأخير، و للتحكم أكثر في الإجهاد الحراري، قد تم اقتراح تعديل جدول العمل حتى يكون مفيدا إلى كل من المزارعين و الإنتاج معا.
Abstract EN
A field study was carried out to investigate to what extent heat stress may be prevailing in datepalm field out all the experimental tasks (soil digging, pollination, bunch lowering and balancing, dry leaves cutting, bunch covering and bunch harvesting), each task in its right time.
For the measurement of workload, heart rate was used.
However, for the measurement of heat stress, WBGT index was computed.
Results indicated that no heat stress is imposed on farmers in the Winter task of soil digging.
However, in bunch lowering and balancing and dry leaves cutting tasks, heat stress is heavily imposed on farmers even at 8 am and 3 pm.
For bunch covering task, heat stress is experienced only in the second half of the day (at noon and 3 pm).
To control heat stress in date palm work, It has been suggested that adjusting work schedule would be beneficial to both the farmers and production.
