Abstract AR
الهدف : هدف هذه الدراسة هو مقارنة عملية كالدول لوك الجراحية مع مناظير الالتهاب الفطرية المصاحبة لوجود لحميات أنفية.
الطريقة : هي دراسة مستفادة من الماضي ما بين يناير 1994 م إلى يونيو 2001 م في مستشفى عسير المركزي و هو مستشفى من الدرجة الثالثة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
النتائج : متوسط العمر كان 39 سنة 18 مريض أجريت لهم كالدول لوك و 14 مريض أجريت لهم عملية منظار للجيوب الأنفية كانت نسبة عودة المرض أكثر في الحالات التي عولجت بعملية كالدول لوك بنسبة 4 : 1 أكثر من تلك التي عولجت عن طريق مناظير الجيوب الأنفية في أول 12 شهر.
الاستنتاج : مناظير الجيوب الأنفية كانت فعالة أكثر من علاج لحميات الجيوب الأنفية الناتجة عن التهابات فطرية.
