يعتبر البابيلاري فيبروإيلاستوما من أورام القلب الحميدة النادرة الحدوث، و لا يعرف إلا القليل عن طبيعة حدوث هذا المرض.
سوف نقدم حالة لورم الفيبروإيلاستوما في الشريان الأورطي التي تم تشخيصها عن طريق إجراء تصوير للقلب بالمنظار عبر المريء بالموجات فوق الصوتية و التي قدمت بجلطة.
إن تصوير القلب بالموجات فوق الصوتية الذي أجري قبل سنتان لم يوضح الورم.
هذا يجعلنا أن نقترح بأن ورم البابيلاري فيبروإيلاستوما من الأورام التي تحدث بالتراكم و يتطلب التدخل الجراحي.
إن تصوير القلب بالمنظار عبر المريء بالموجات فوق الصوتية هو الاختيار الأفضل لتشخيص هذه الأورام.
Abstract EN
Papillary fibroelastomas are rare benign cardiac tumors.
Little is known about their natui present a case of an aortic fibroelastoma, diagnosed by transesophageal echocardiography with an embolic event.
Transthoracic echocardiogram two years previously did not identify suggests that papillary fibroelastomas are acquired progressive lesions that require surgic and that transesophageal echocardiography is now the modality of choice in diagnosing.
