Unusual presentation of nevus sebaceous of jaddassohn Issa A. Al-Ziyoud, Maha M. Mubaidin.

Nevous sebaceous “organoid nevus” are circumscribed hamartomas lesions composed predominantly sebaceous glands .

Nevus sebaceous have been reportd on the scalp or rarely on the face, to the best of our knwledge and after reviwing the available literature, we believe that this is unusual and very rare site of nevus sebaceous localised in the upper aspect of the anterior chest wall (sternal area).

The report discusses the diagnoses and management of a case of a nevus sebaceous in presternal region which was complicated by two types of lesions diagnosed histologically as a syringocystadenoma papilli-formis which was treated at prince Zeid Hospital.
