Abstract EN
A rare case of huge gastric trichobezoar in 14 year old girl is reported.
The patient presented with attacks of upper abdominal pain, vomiting and a palpable abdominal epigastric mass.
The clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, management and complications of this disorder are discussed.
