أم الدم الكاذب في الشريان القاص مع دميوم حرقفي كشحي-مضاعفة نادرة من الإفراط في تعاطي العقاقير الطبية عن طريق الحقن الوريدي.
إن الإفراط في تعاطي العقاقير الطبية عن طريق الحقن الوريدي يصاحبه مضاعفات عديدة منها نشوء أم الدم الكاذب في مكان الحقن.
و نحن هنا بصدد مناقشة حالة غير اعتيادية لأحد هؤلاء المفرطين في تعاطي العقاقير الطبية و الذي تكون لديه أم الدم الكاذب في الشريان الخادجي القاصي ينسلخ داخل عضلة الحرقفة الكشحية، كذلك سنناقش دور الموجات فوق الصوتية للأوعية الدموية و أشعة الفحص المقطعي بالكمبيوتر في عملية تشخيص مثل هذه الحالات.
Abstract EN
Intravenous drug abusers are prone to many complications, one of which is development of pseudoaneurysm at the injection site.
We report an unusual case of an intravenous drug abuser who developed a pseudoaneurysm of the external iliac artery with hematoma dissecting into the iliopsoas muscle and discuss the role of doppler and CT in the diagnosis.
