نقدم هنا تقريرا عن حالة مريض في الخامسة و الخمسين من العمر مصاب بتشوه ولادي في الجهاز البولي التناسلي حيث أبدى عوارض في المسالك البولية السفلية تضخم البروستات و انفتاح المثانة.
و قد تم هنا عرض الصورة السريرية و نتائج الفحص الشعاعي بالإضافة إلى العلاج المقدم للمريض.
Abstract EN
-Herein we report a rare congenital genitourinary anomaly; incomplete bladder duplication.
A 55 year old man presented with lower tract urinary symptoms (LUTS) due to enlarged prostate and bladder swelling.
The clinical picture and radiographic finding are presented, as well as the treatment offered.
