Abstract EN

This research studies the theory of recidivism in stealing.

It shows that recidivism stands upon the crime being commited agin after the islamic legal punishment is executed (' upon the stealer.

This is different from commiting the crime more than once before the punishment is executed.

Islam has legislated strengthening the punishment on the recidiviser of a crime.

The rea-4son is that recidiviser is dangerous because of his insistence upon committing the crime Islamic legislation aims at eliminating criminal .and his stepping beyound the to killing and to make people feel that their money and t tendency by protecting peoples, belongings belongings and safe.

This research shows the kind of punishment falling upon the recidiviser which is the that is to pre- ‘and after that the punishment is reprimandation ther left leg /cutting of his vent ruining or destroying the recidivisers organs in order not to become an ailment upon society.

t If recidism occurs upon the same stolen money in the past for the same Owner or an the punishment is the cutting again of the left leg.

Other wise the rediviser has to be punished by reprimandation whether the stolen object stays as the same as it or it is affected.
