تم قياس الأجسام المضادة للأشرطة المزدوجة من الدي إن إيه بطريقة الإليزا في خمسين من الأصحاء و خمسين مريض بالذئبة الحمراء، و أخذ في الاعتبار أن المستوى الطبيعي لهذه الأجسام المضادة هو 66 وحدة.
و قد وجدنا في هذا البحث أن اثنين من الأصحاء أظهروا ارتفاعا في مستوى الأجسام المضادة للأشرطة المزدوجة من الدي إن إيه، أما بقية الأصحاء، فقد كان المستوى في الحدود الطبيعية.
أما مرضى الذئبة الحمراء فقد أظهروا ارتفاعا شديدا في نسبة هذه الأجسام، و بذلك يتضح أن قياس الأجسام المضادة للأشرطة المزدوجة من الدي إن إيه يعتبر قياسا خاصا لمرض الذئبة الحمراء بنسبة 96 %.
و أيضا كان الفرق في مستوى الأجسام المضادة للأشرطة المزدوجة من الدي إن إيه في الأصحاء و مرضى الذئبة الحمراء ذو دلالة إحصائية.
Abstract EN
Anti double stranded DNA autoantibody (anti dsDNA) was measured (with ELISA) in 50 healthy individuals as a control group and 50 patients with SLE.
The normal level was considered to be < 26 AU/ml.
Our results revealed a mild increase than normal level (4 %) in two of the controls (28 & 34 AU / ml), while the others were within normal limits.
High titres were detected only in patients with SLE.
So, anti dsDNA is 96 % a specific parameter of SLE.
There was a significant difference in anti dsDNA level between patients and controls (p <0.01).
