Abstract EN

The study aimed at examining relationship between restructuring security media in the light of Globalization and this study came to shadow a light on the challenges that are facing the security’s media with this fast increasing development of scientific and technological aspects in all the fields of life.

The study is consisting of some chapters talk About security’s media, it's techniques and developments, in order to face the new challenges and the recent developments in all fields and coming up with some recommendations which might have a positive role to fulfill the purposes aimed to be achieved.

The study finished with some results as follow : 1- There are vast developments in the modern communication methods, either in the computer, Internet, mobiles, direct broadcasting via satellites.

Space channels now play an important role in the citizen’s life through connecting him with the events.

2- As a result of developing the recent means of technology, some negative factors appeared, affected the lives of people and pushed them towards committing some crimes.

3- Security media was forced to face the technological developments, which led to developing it means to tackle these developments, in the aim to protect the citizens.

The study finished with some recommendations that : 1- Restructuring security media Departments to be suitable with modern technology methods in the light of Globalization to reduce negative this development.

2- Raising the technical level of the staff in the public security device through specialized training courses in the crimes committed by using the modern technology methods, and preparing them to be able to deal with such crimes.

3- Developing the media massages and raising their level, not only to be confined on the knowledge and perception issues, but also to reach the behavior and to direct the public to interact with the security forces device and to help this device to fulfill it’s objectives .

This must depend on practical media studies, which analyze the public’s responses and developing the policies and media plans accordingly in a scientific manner.
