Hemangiomas generally develop after birth, in the incidence g 2-3%.
The laser was used for treatment vulval hemangiomas in our center since 1983.
The Immediate treatment hemangiomas located on the face, extremities or anogenital region is mandatory to prevent then from spreading.
The use of different laser Techniques offers an effective and cosmetic results and is considered as a minimal invasive therapy.
Thirty six patients presented with one or more anogenital haemgiomas, patients subjected to treatment using Nd: YAG Transcutanous-and interstitial haser thermotherapy.
Treatment was performed either on in-or out patient basis.
Lesions regression was achieved usually after 2-3% times treatment with an effective and good cosmetic results.
