The aim of this study: To compare injection; therapy with vasoactive substances and oral sildenafil "Viagra” in management 0آ those cases.' Materials and methods: The study included 150 recently married men who failed to do intercourse with their partners Cor more than one month of their marriage and Up to two years and tried different medical treatments either hormonal or psychoactive drugs known to bo taken in these situations.

Half of theis: patients are subjected to injection therapy.

The second half are prescribed sildenafil "Viagra" 100 mg.Result : A: Injection group: 52 patients had erection after one injection which sustained for more, than 2 hours, 20% ne؛؛ded 2nd injections to get erection and the rest of them "8 patients"failed [،١ get erection after three doses.

They are followed up.

B: Oral group: Twenty patients only"27%" who succeeded to do their first intercourse two hours after oral administration, while the rest of this group failed and shifted to injection therapy.

Conclusion: We can say that injection once or twice in psychogenic impotence is very effective and superior than Viagra to treat those patients and rescue those families.
