Abstract EN

A computer-controlled method to measure the mobility and conductivity of polymers, organic materials, superconductors and oxides is described.

The variation of both mobility and conductivity With temperature in organic materials indicates that measurements correspond to the most conducting pathway in the sample and that YBCO superconductor exhibits a semi- conductor-metal transition When subjected to different heating processes.
