Abstract EN
CuAlS2± Mn thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique، The prepared films were deposited on the glass substrate temperature (Ts) of (340±10) c.
The optical properties were studied as a function of Mn doping percentage.
The estimated direct and indirect energy gaps were in the range (3.29 - 2.92)eV and (1.76 - 1.50)eV, respectively for Mn concentration between (0.1 - 5) wt%.
The influence of annealing in rough vaccum atmospher on optical and electrical properties of some undoped and doped films was studied.
Finally, x-ray diffraction tech-ntque was used to study the crystal for undoped and some doped films.
