This study has exposed some important accident-Related facts that disband wrong prevailing beliefs in Jordan.
Traffic accident classification accoridng to their causes, times, types, places, and type of vehicle involved, was used to clarify accident facts that are in contradiction with what most of the people and some of the responsible persons think.
It is concluded from the study that fatality rates in Jordan are among the best in developing countries.
The study has emphasized that: the month of December, people at ages of 20-29 years, busses and fluid hauling trucks have a higher potential for accidents than those in other groups.
