Abstract EN
Measurements of the microwave Hall mobility in low - mobility semiconductors based on the organic molecule copper phthalocyanine are reported for the first time.
Results indicate that the electronic transport mechanisms in CuPc is dominated by phonons while the amorphous nature of CuPc(CN)e leads to an increase of mobility with temperature.
Two samples of CuPc (CN)8 were doped with iodine in order to enhance the conductivity giving mobility values of 21 and 36 cm2 / Vs.
j The difference in mobility was attributed to the amount of iodine absorbed as a result of heat j treatment.
