Fractures arc delineated from the enhanced I.andsai Image and aerial photographs of [he Jabal Al-llassir ring complex area in the Central Arabian Shield.
These fractures are validated by licld study and measurements.
The delineated fractures and interpreted faults are slatisii cally analyzed by "rase diagram" in terms of number, total length and average length ol fractures per directional class.
I racturc pattern in the elliptical ringeomplex arc compared with those for the country rocks, and discrepancies are suggested to be due to the difference in the tectonic history between the ring complex and the country rocks.
