تم تحضير بعض المركبات الحلقيـة غير المتجانسـة الحاوية على حلقـة 4,3,1- ثايادايــازول ، كما تم تحضير مركبات 5- أريـل-4) -3- معوضات- 2- بيوتا ين-1- أيـل)-4,3,1- ثايادايـازول- 3H)2)-اون (15a-e and 16a-e) وذلك عن طريق سلسلة من التفاعلات المتعاقبة ابتدءا من هيدرازيـدات الحوامض (1و2)، ومن المعروف أن كل المركبات الناتجة تمتلك فعالية بايولوجية جيدة و تم إثبات الـصيغ التركيبية للمركبات المحضرة من خلال استخدام الطرائق الفيزيائية والطيفية المتوفرة.
Abstract EN
To synthesis of some new heterocyclic compounds containing 1, 3, 4-thiadiazole moieties.
Many of 5-alkyl-3-(4-substituted-2-butyn-1-yl) -1, 3, 4-thiadaizoline-2(3H)-one (15a-e and 16a-e) have been prepared by the reactions sequences starting from the acid hydrazides (1 and 2).
All the products are well known for their useful biological activities.
The structures of all compounds were confirmed by physical and spectral methods.
