تم فصل البروتينات الذاتية من حبوب لقاح ذكور نخيل البلح، أصناف صقعي، سلج، مكتومي، خشكار، شقراء، القصيم, سكري، منيفي، صفري، خلاص، نبوت سيف، خشرم، برحي، دهيني و خضري بواسطة الالكتروفوريسز.
كانت أنماط البروتينات المفصولة ممثلة للأصناف المستخلصة منها.
و رغم أن عملية الفصل نتج عنها إحدى و ثلاثون خط طيفي (حزمة) إلا أن عدد الحزم المفصولة لكل صنف كانت تتراوح بين ٧، ٩ فقط.
و لقد ظهر أن هناك تشابه كبير بين صنفي مكتوبي و خضري بنسبة وصلت إلى ٧٥ %، سكري و خشرم بنسبة 67 % و كذلك نبوت سيف و خشرم بنسبة ٦٧ % أيضا, و تبين أن الصنف خشكار مختلف كلية عن صنفي الصقعي و الكتومي، بينما ظهر أن الصنف مكتومي اختلف عن صنف الخشرم.
هذا و قد تراوحت أوجه الشبه بين الأصناف الأخرى بنسب مختلفة تقع بين 11-60 %.
Abstract EN
The soluble proteins of pollen grains from date palm cultivars .
Sakuic.
Scleg, Maktumy, Khashkur , Shagra-El-Oassim .
Succari .
Mcncifi , Setri , Khalas , Nabut Zamel , Nabut Sif.
Kha shrurn.
Barhi.
Dehcini a nd Khudari were separated by slab gel ele ctrophoresis.
The pollen protein palterns were representative to the cultivars .
Soluble proteins of pollen grains were separated into 3\ protein bands, bUI o nly.
7 to 9 hands were found in each cultivar.
High degrees of similar ities wer e found among Maktumy a nd Khudari (75% ).
Succari and Khashrarn (67%) and Nahut Zamil and Khashram (67%).
Khashkar was totally different from Sakaci and Maktumy, while Mukturny was different only from Khashram .
The simila rities among othe r cultivurs vari ed considerably as this ranged from lIto 60% .
