English Abstract
This study aims at investigating the effect of using target language on third secondary grade achievement in EFL in K.
S.
A.
The sample of the study comprised of (94) male and female third grade secondary school students: 45 female students ; 49 male students from Al-Grayet secondary schools during the second semester 2012 / 2013.
The sample was randomly selected.
Results of the study showed that there was an effect on the third secondary grade learners' achievement due to the use of the target language.
In light of the results of the study, some recommendations were recommended to the concern.
