تضمن البحث تحضير و تشخيص ليكاند قاعدة شيف ثنائي السن، 3,2 بس}ن4-، 2 -ثنائي نايتروفنيل هيدرازين أيمينو( و كذلك معقداته ثنائية النوى الجديدة.
خصت المعقدات بالطرق الفيزيائية، الكيميائية و الطيفية المعروفة.
أن الصيغ الكيميائية لهذه المعقدات هي : ((II) أو نحاس (II) كوبلت =M عندما ) [(M)2L(μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2].XH2O .[(Ni)2L(μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2(H2O)4] XH2O و[(Zn)2L(μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2] و كذلك وجود مجموعتي كاربوكسي ثنائية (NN) أظهرت قياسات الأشعة تحت الحمراء بأن الليكاند ثنائي السن السن جسريه.
يعتقد أن معقدات الكوبلت، النحاس و الخارصين لها شكل مربع مستوي الأكثر احتما لا، بينما معقد النيكل شكل ثماني السطوح الأكثر احتما لا.
Abstract EN
A bidentate Schiff base ligand ; 2, 3-Bis[N-(2, 4 dinitrophenylhydrazineimino) butane (L), and its new homobimetallic complexes have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of analytical, spectral, magnetic and conductance measurements.
The compositions of these complexes are found to be [(M)2L(μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2].
XH2O (where M = Co (II) or Cu (II), [(Zn)2L(μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2] ; and [(Ni)2L (μ-CH3COO)2(η-CH3COO)2(H2O)4] XH2O.
The overall IR data suggest the bidentate (NN) nature of the ligand and the metal centres are bridged by bidentate CH3COO groups.
The Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II) complexes are proposed to be square planar, while the Ni (II) complex is proposed to be octahedral.
