A field study was carried out during the autumn of 2010 at AL fluja in Anbar province on silty loam–soil texture to study effect of irrigation water quality and magnetic water on growth and yield of three Barely Cultivars.

The study contain three factor Firs factors included water quality irrigation of river water with level of 1.2 dS.m-1 and drainage water with salinity level 4 dS.m-1.

The second factor included studying magnetized water of different salinity with 2000 gauss and third factor using three types of barely : abu greb 256, abu greb 244 and abu greb 99 according completely randomized design (C.R.D).

The results have shown irrigation of drainage water was reduced significantly the height of plants, dry matter weight, area of Barely leaves, Spike length, and grain yield compared with river water.

The magnetized water significantly affects the height of plants, dry matter weight, area of leaves Spike length and grain yield compared with non magnetic water.

The results have shown significant differences between Barely Cultivars Abu greb244 gave the highest length, dry matter weight leaves area and grain yield compared with other Barely Cultivars Abu greb256 gave the highest the dry matter weight compared with other Barely Cultivars.

Whereas abu greb 99 gave the highest spike count rate compared with other Barely Cultivars in this study.
