تم تحضير سلسلة مشتقات الأيمدازول بواسطة التكثيف مع مختلف مشتقات aminothiazole-2 and one-(4H)5 يا و الثايويوريا الناتج من تفاعل-2-thiazol)-9-phenyl-8 substituted) -9,6-(yl-2-thiazol)-9-phenyl-8 and substituted (f-a)3 one-(3H)2-purin-1H-dihydro-9,6-(yl ((f-a)4 thione-(3H)2-purine-1H-dihydro نتائج اطياف H NMR and MASS ,IR تؤكد ان المركبات المحضرة من التفاعل اعلاه جديدة.
و كل التفاعلات تم اجراؤها خارج تاثير الظروف الخارجية وتؤكد على ان التفاعلات بكفاءة عالية و سريعة باستخدام تحاليل المايكرويف، و تم تطبيق هده المشتقات لغرض ايجاد فعاليتها البايلوجية.
Abstract EN
A series of imidazole derivatives by condensation of, differently substituted 4-benzylidene-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one and 2-aminothiazole, which on further reaction with Urea and Thiourea produces the final products (substituted 8-phenyl-9-(thiazol-2-yl)-6,9-dihydro-1H-purin-2(3H)-one 3(a-f) and substituted 8-phenyl-9-(thiazol-2-yl)-6,9-dihydro-1H-purine-2(3H)-thione 4(a-f)).
IR, H1 NMR and MASS spectral data confirmed the structure of the newly synthesized compounds.
All the reactions were carried out by environmental benign, efficient and extremely fast procedure Microwave synthesis.
The derivatives of these moieties were evaluated for antimicrobial activity.
