Infringements related to town planning have become numerous that they cannot be listed despite the fact that the legislator has attempted to criminalize as far as possible the illegal building works which should be subjected to penalties introduced through a lot of housing policies starting with the Legislative Decree N.

94/07 until the Law N.04/06 and the law N.08/15.

However, some important aspects have been neglected which had paved the way to many infringements.

Les infractions relatives à l'urbanisme sont nombreuses et de différentes natures ce qui les rend impossibles à recenser.

Le législateur a tenté dans la mesure du possible de criminaliser les travaux de construction réalisés dans un cadre illégal en instaurant des pénalités à travers plusieurs politiques d'urbanisation ; toutefois certains aspects ont été négligés, ce qui a ouvert la porte à plus d'infractions aggravées sous certaines circonstances.
