Today, no one can deny the essential contribution of the projects funded by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the social sector including health.
Originally intended for profit organizations, the project management has gradually extended to non-profit sector.
The methodology used in this procedure is based on the systemic approach that seeks the relationship between the management of social projects and the establishment of criteria for evaluating their performance.
The first part set out the general framework for analysis by recalling a number of definitions concerning the project, the project management office, the specifics of a project activity and the management teams of project monitoring.
The second part is to raise industry issues including health and the intervention of the state constraints.
The third part will try to approach the relationship between the management of social projects and performance criteria through the specific case is that of the social project Barnamaj Al Aoulaouiat Al Ijtimaiyia (health BAJ).

Aujourd’hui, personne ne peut contester, l’apport incontournable des projets financés par les organismes non gouvernementaux (ONG) dans le domaine social notamment la santé.
Initialement destiné aux organisations à but lucratif, le management de projet s’est progressivement étendu au secteur non marchand.
La méthodologie suivie dans cette intervention repose sur l’approche systémique qui vise l’articulation entre le management de projets sociaux et la mise en place de critères permettant l’évaluation de leur performance.
La première partie, précisera le cadre général d’analyse en rappelant un certain nombre de définitions portant sur le projet, le management de projet social, les spécificités d’une activité projet et le management d’équipes de suivi du projet.
La deuxième partie consistera à soulever les problèmes du secteur notamment la santé et les contraintes d’intervention de l’Etat.
La troisième partie tentera d’approcher l’articulation entre le management des projets sociaux et les critères de performances à travers le cas concret qui est celui du projet à caractère social Barnamaj Al Aoulaouiat Al Ijtimaiyia (BAJ santé).
