Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal political, social, economical, educational and psychological effects of political fragmentation on development in Palestinian society in Gaza Strip governorates, and identify the most important ways to overcome on political, social, economic, educational and psychological effects of fragmentation on Palestinian society in Gaza Strip.The researcher used quantitative analytic method, the questionnaire tool was a questionnaire consisted of (109) paragraph distributed on five fields, the study sample consisted of (187) member in a number of Palestinian universities, specialist in development affairs, and workers in civil society organizations in Gaza Strip.The data analyzed by (SPSS) and the study revealed that the fragmentation had a negative impact on Palestinian society in all fields, as the fifth fields of study got a relative percentage (80.10%) , which is high and indicates the negative effects of fragmentation on Palestinian society.At the end of this study, the researcher presents some suggestions to overcome these effects, notably the acceleration to accomplish national reconciliation and cohesion between the two parts of the homeland through resorting to the ballot boxes and creating conditions for legislative and presidential elections.

It is important to treat the effects of division in political, social, economical, educational and psychological field.
