اختبرنا حركيات ليزر شبه الموصل نوع الشخطة الكمية تحت تأثير عدد من عوامل السيطرة الواردة في الأنموذج الرياضي المقتبس و هي نسبة معدلات انحلال حاملات الشحنة الى الفوتونات (ƞ) و تيار الحقن (J) و قيمة التحصيل (g) و معدل هروب الحاملات (R).
تناقصت فترة تذبذب الاسترخاء و زاد مقدار الجزء المستمر من الخرج باختيار المجموعة(ƞ, J, g, R).
Abstract EN
We have investigated the dynamics of a quantum dash semiconductor,QDSC, laser under the effect of a number of control parameters that appear in theadopted theoretical modelviz carrier to photon decay rates(ƞ), injectioncurrent(J),gain value(g) and carrier escape rate(R).
Relaxation oscillation in theoutputintensity of the QDSC laser is reduced and the dc part of theoutputcan beincreased as a result of choosing the set (ƞ,J,g,R).
