تركيب حزم الطاقة (كثافة الحالات الإلكترونية) لمعادن النحاس Cu و النيكل Ni تم حسابها بالاعتماد على عملية تعادل أوجيه.

حيث قمنا في هذا البحث بتطبيق تحويل فورير و معكوس تحويل فورير للإلكترونات المنبعثة من المعدن بسبب عملية تعادل أوجيه لحساب كثافة الحالات الإلكترونية لهذه المعادن.

Abstract EN

The energy band structure ofNiRand Cumetals has been investigated based on the Auger neutralization theory.

For this work, we have employed a Fourier transform and itP’Ps inverse Fourier transform of the electron emitted from this metals due to the Auger neutralization mechanism for the calculation of the Energy band structure.
