A general family of summation integral baskakov-type operators

Abstract EN

In this paper, we introduce and study a general family of summation integralBaskakov-type operators.

Firstly, we prove that thisfamily converges to the functions beingapproximated by applying Korovkin's Theorem for a sequence of algebraic linear positive operators.

Secondly, we establish a Voronovaskaja-type asymptotic formula for this family.

Finally, we obtain an estimation of the error for this family in terms of the modulus of continuity.
