حدد جين الميتالوثيونين في أنسجة الدجاج المختلفة، إذ استخدم في الدراسة 30 عينة مختلفة من الكبد و القانصة و العضلة الصدرية للدجاج.
استخدمت تقنية التفاعل السلسلي لأنزيم بلمرة الدنا في تحديد جين MT4.
نتائج الدراسة وجدت أن الأنسجة المختلفة للدجاج أعطت نتائج ايجابية لوجود الجين MT4 في الدجاج.
تم الحصول على تسلسل الحامض النووي للجين من قاعدة بيانات للدجاج (جالوس جالوس)
Abstract EN
The metallothionein (MT4) gene in different tissues of chicken was determined, the study used 30 different tissues of chicken (liver 10, gizzard 10 and pectoral muscle 10).
The technique used to determine the presence of targeting MT4gene was a polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
PCR result showed that all different tissues were positive for the present of MT4 gene.
The sequences of Β-actin and metallothionein 4 (MT4) genes were obtained from the GenBank, accession number L08165 and NM_205275.1.
