English Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify and classify the project management success factors for events according to project manager’s perceptions in Marrakech, Morocco.

The literature on the key success factors of project management is abundant.

Moreover, there is a deficiency at the level of researches on project management for events and especially in Morocco.

To fill this gap, a survey which focuses on projects managers for events has been conducted; the results acquired identify 14 key success factors.

Through a factor analysis the key success factors are grouped into tree major components namely: The value factors; Human factors; Organizational factors.

The findings of this research should help project managers for events to improve their performance.
