The temperature dependence of the elelctrical resistivity of asphal-tenes (obtained from Qaiyarah region, Iraq) has been investigated through successive heating and coolling in the temperature range (293-373 K).

The effect of fast neutrons on the electrical resistivity have also been investigated and the activation energy was calculated.

Relationship between the applied D, C.

voltages on asphaltene specimens and the corresponding current at different temperatures through heating was given.
