Abstract EN

In this report, we present two cases of familial tuberous sclerosis co-existing with the Fanconi Syndrome.

Both cases presented with history of failure to thrive and mental retardation associated with hypokalemic metabolic acidosis.

To our knowledge, the association between tuberous sclerosis and the Fanconi Syndrome has not been reported previously.
