Arabic Abstract

إن ما يسعى إليه مدرسوا التمريض في جميع المراحل التحضيرية اللازمة لتعليم التمريض هو الوصول إلى المهنية و الإتقان في العمل، و حيث أن أهم المظاهر التي تشملها هذه المهنة يتم تدريسها و التدريب عليها من خلال البرامج التعليمية، فقد وجدت أن هناك ضرورة ملحة للإهتمام بجودة تعليم التمريض، و لمعرفة أين نحن من هذه الجودة في الأداء، فقد قمت بهذه الدراسة الأولية على بعض الكليات التي تمنح درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض في الضفة الغربية، و هذه الدراسة تعطي وصفا موجزا للعمل الذي يؤديه مدرسي التمريض، و إلى أي مدى يقوم مدرس التمريض بتطبيق هذه المجالات أثناء أداء للواجب المهني، و ذلك لإظهار جودة التعليم و ما تحتويه المهنة من مظاهر مهمة و ضرورية.

كما و تبين بعض العوامل التي تؤثر على عمل مدرس التمريض و قد تقلل من الجودة في التعليم.

و قد استخدمت المجالات المختلفة التي تم طرحها من قبل التحالف الوطني للتمريض (NLN) كأداة للبحث و لجمع المعلومات من مدرسي التمريض في كلية ابن سينا، و كلية التمريض في كل من جامعة القدس و جامعة الخليل.

و كانت نسبة الإستمارات المجابة 65% حيث أن 27 استمارة أعيدت من أصل 41، و هذه الدراسة تعتبر أولية إذ من الضروري أن تتبعها دراسات وصفية و تحليلية في المستقبل.

نتائج هذه الدراسة كانت واعدة إلى حد ما، حيث أن 70% - 75% تقريبا من المشاركين في الدراسة يقومون بتأدية هذه المظاهر (بنسبة عالية إلى عالية جدا) في معظم المجالات المقترحة لجودة التعليم.

كما أشارت الدراسة إلى أن هناك نسبة عالية تقارب 75% كانت إجابتهم (قليل، و قليل جدا) على البند السادس و ما يحتويه من إظهار المهارة في كتابة البحث، و تطوير الخطط و السياسات المتبعة في المؤسسات الصحية.

و بعض العوامل التي أشارت إليها عينة البحث بأن لها أثر سلبي على جودة تعليم التمريض مثل نقص المصادر و المساعدة، و نقص الوسائل، عدم الأمان المادي، النقص في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، قلة ورشات العمل و المؤتمرات اللازمة للتمريض و غيرها.

English Abstract

Professionalism has been a considerable issue for nursing education at all levels of preparation, and as the major facets of this profession are taught through the educational programs, I found it worth to assess the competency of nursing educators in different Bsc nursing colleges.

A descriptive study was conducted to explore the agreement on different tasks implementation to achieve competency in nursing education, so as to clarify the content area of core competencies and to what extent these tasks are practiced and existed.

Also to identify the various factors that may hinder the nursing educators from developing and implementing these tasks.

The tool of the study was proposed by the national league of education (NLN) in 2005, which expresses competencies with different task statements for each competency.

The tool used to collect the data from different nursing colleges as Alquds, Ibn sina, and Hebron University.

The responding rate was 65% only 27 questionnaires was filled back by the nursing educators in these colleges.

This study can be considered a preliminary study for nursing educators that should be followed by other studies in the future.

The result was promising in that nearly 70-75% of the respondents perform the included tasks to a large extent and to a very large extent, in most of the competencies that were proposed.

The obtained data also reveals that 75% of respondents demonstrate skills in proposal writing to a limited extent.

This needs more emphasis in the future, some of the factors written by the respondents that may hinder the achievement of competency as Resources deficit, Lack of facilities.Financial insecurity, in addition to Lack of using information technology, Lack of nursing work shop and conferences in Palestine.
