Abstract EN

Financial globalization has been considered as a result of the liberalization of the financial markets, where most of the developing countries have canceled the constraints and the restrictive regulations on the foreign financial inflows.

Given the external financing environment facing developing countries, emerging markets may be expected to play a major role in mobilizing resources in support of growth and development efforts.

The purpose of this paper is to try to contribute in raising some of the globalization effects on the emerging markets.

It is organized as follows: after developing the globalization concept, the main causes, it also identifies the emerging financial markets, either the Arabs or the non-Arabs markets.

This is followed by an analysis and discussion of the globalization effects on the emerging markets.

The paper concludes with providing some measures that should be taken by developing countries in the aim of reducing the risks and the challenges of the globalization
