Abstract EN

It is shown that a nonsolvable third-order hyperbolic potential becomes quasi-exactly solvable after the introduction of a hyperbolic effective mass step.

Stationary energies and L2-solutions of the corresponding Schrödinger equation are obtained in explicit form.
