We will describe the clinical case of a pregnant patient with chronic Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura who develops preeclampsia syndrome with HELLP syndrome.
These concomitant and independent conditions become complex, resulting in thrombocytopenia which creates diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic inconveniences.
