Extramedullary plasmacytomas are plasma cell neoplasms in organs other than the bone marrow.
Most are found in the upper respiratory tract.
Involvement of the pancreas is rare.
We report a case of pancreatic plasmacytoma in association with advanced multiple myeloma.
