Abstract EN

Nasu-Hakola syndrome is a hereditary cause of pathological fractures.

Uniquely, patients also develop neuropsychiatric symptoms and signs.

The disease is ultimately fatal.

We propose a management strategy for pathological fractures in sufferers based on the stage of the disease.
