Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) are often indolent malignancies that commonly present with metastatic disease in the liver.

Surgical, locoregional, and systemic treatment modalities are reviewed.

A multidisciplinary approach to patient care is suggested to ensure all therapeutic options explored.
