معوقات تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس محافظة حمص

Abstract EN

This study aims at revealing the main obstacles of developing creative thinking of basic stage children at schools in the Governorate of Homs from the viewpoint of basic stage teachers and headmasters.

To achieve this goal, the study adopted the descriptive and analytical method and used questionnaire as a means to collect the necessary data.

This questionnaire included thirty items.

The sample of study has 120 teachers and 25 headmasters.

The study reached the following results.

-The most prominent obstacle of developing creative thinking from the viewpoint of teachers is related to the great numbers of children in the classroom and the lack of factories and scientific laboratories for doing scientific experiments at schools as well as the nature of curriculums which are interested in the learning side and neglect the creative side .

-The most prominent obstacle of developing creative thinking from the viewpoint of headmasters is related to the economical and educational standard of the family, the way of social raising of children, the heavy tasks of teachers and the traditional methods of teaching adopted by teachers.

-There and the headmasters' opinions in defining the obstacles of developing creative thinking.

-are no differences that have statistic denotation between the teachers' opinions.
