هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة تأثير بعض العوامل (الخمج اسكارس الكلاب Toxocara canis و الضوء الأحمر و العمى و تداخلاتها) على بعض الاختبارات السلوكية لذكور الجرذان البيض خلال فترات زمنية مختلفة و لذلك فقد استعمل 60 جرذ و قسمت إلى خمس مجاميع و التي هي : مجموعة سيطرة سالبة (10) و مجموعة سيطرة مصابة بطفيلي اسكارس الكلاب canis Toxocara (10) و مجموعة معرضة للضوء الأحمر و مصابة بالطفيلي (10) و مجموعة معرضة للضوء الأحمر فقط (10) و مجموعة مصابة بالطفيلي و معرضة للعمى (10) و مجموعة معرضة للعمى فقط (10).
تم تحديد الفروقات المعنوية باستعمال اختبار التجربة العاملية كاملة العشوائية و بالمقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة السالبة أظهرت الدراسة فروق معنوية في اختبارات السلوك (سلوك العدو Gait و موقع الجسم Body position و nose-nose behavior و سلوك البحث explore behavior و سلوك الوقوف على الأرجل الخلفية rear behavior و سلوك تنظيف الوجه behavior washing) للحيوانات المعاملة مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة السالبة.
Abstract EN
The present study aimed to showed the effect of some factors (Toxocara canis infection, red light exposure and blindness with intercepted between them) on behavioral change in albino rat in different time thus we are used 60 rat and subdivided to six group these were: negative group (10), Toxocara canis group (10), red light infected group (10), red light group (10), blindness infected group (10), blindness group (10).
Differences between group and within group was detect by using L.S.D and Factorial experiment with completely randomized design as compare with control negative and with other types of stress.
The significant differences were found in behavioral findings only in gait, body position, nose-nose, explore, rear and wash behavioral as compare with negative group.
