تم في هذا البحث دراسة تصميم و بناء عدسة مغناطيسية مسقطية عديمة الدوران و التشويه بأقطاب اسطوانية-مقطعة الشكل، تتكون من عدستين مغناطيسيتين ثنائيتي القطب.

و باستخدام هذه العدسة تم الحصول على صور عديمة الدوران و التشويه، بعد أن حسبت الخواص البصرية الالكترونية بوساطة برامج حاسوبية معدة مسبقا.

أوضحت النتائج إمكانية تصميم مثل هذه العدسة لتعطي صورا خالية من الدوران و التشويه لاستخدامها في المجاهر الالكترونية النفاذة لمدى واسع من فولتيات التعجيل.

Abstract EN

In this present work, an investigation of a magnetic projector lens with tapered- cylindrical pole pieces has been designed and constructed, consisting of two double magnetic lenses.

By using this lens a rotation and distortion free images have been obtained, after the electron-optical properties have been computed by computational programs which were previously prepared.

Results indicated the possibility of designing such a lens to give rotation and distortion free images to be used in Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) over a wide range of accelerating voltages.
