في هذه الدراسة تم إجراء فحوصات بكتيرية ل 1200 عينه تم جمعها من 200 طائر من بدارى التسمين ) سليم ظاهرياً - مريض - حديث النفوق (و التي أظهرت عزل الميكروب القولوني الإكولاى من 842 عينة بنسبة 70.16 %.و كانت نسبة العزل من الدم من القلب 75 %و من الكبد 83 %، و من الكلية 64 % و من الطحال 57 %و من الأمعاء الدقيقة 74.5 % ، و من نخاع العظام 67.5 % .و بإجراء التصنيف السيرولوجي لعشرين عزلة من عزلات الميكروب القولوني الإكولاى المعزولة من عينات الدواجن أوضحت النتائج أن المعزولات تشمل عترة واحدة من، O111 عترة واحدة من،O44 عترة واحدة من ، O55 عترتان من ، O142 عترتان من، O128 عترتان من، O158 ثلاثة عترات من، O157 أربع عترات من ، O29 أربع عترات من .O115 كما تم إجراء اختبار إنزيم البلمرة المتسلسل التعددي لستة من المعزولات الآتية: O142، O29، O115، O158، O128، O157) ) تبين وجود الثلاث جينات ( phoA، iss and iutA ) في جميع العترات باستثناء جين (iss) غير موجود في عترة .O29
Abstract EN
In this study bacteriological examination of 1200 samples were collected from 200 birds (60 recently dead, 80 diseased and 60 apparent healthy broilers).
The results revealed that E.
coli isolates were recovered from 842 samples with overall prevalence 70.16.
Incidence of positive E.coli from fresh heart blood samples was 75 %, liver 83 %, kidney 64 %, spleen 57 %, small intestine74.5 % and from bone marrow 67.5 %.
Serological identification of randomly selected E.
coli (20) isolates clarified that, one E.
coli isolate was serotype O111, one was O44, one was O55, two were serotyped O142, two were serotyped O128, two were serotyped O158, three were serotyped O157, four were serotyped O29 and four were serotyped O115.
PCR assay was carried out on six serovars (O142, O29, O115, O158, O128 and O157) to detect the presence of phoA, iss and iutA gene.
All serovars have the three genes except (O29) does not possess iss gene.
