تم اشتقاق صيغة عامة للحالة المستقرة لاحتمالية النفاذية لانتقال الإلكترون خلال نظام DNA بافتراض إن سلسة نظام إل DNA منطقة استطارة واحدة محاطة بضفيرتين.

تم أخذ نموذج هيكل السمكة لحساب طيف طاقة نظام ال DNA.

لقد وظفت حسابات احتمالية النفاذية لحساب مميزات تيار –فولتية و اعتماد التوصيلية على درجة الحرارة و التي وجد أنها مقاربة في السلوك لنتائج أخرى.

Abstract EN

General steady state formalism for the transmission probability for electron transfer through DNA system is derived, by assuming DNA system chain as one scattering region bounded by two strands.

The fishbone model is considered to calculate the energy spectrum of the DNA system.

The transmission probability calculations are employed to calculate I-V characteristics and the temperature-conductance dependence which are found to be comparable in behavior with other findings.
