أظهرت النتائج أن نبات الدفلة هو الأكثر تأثيرا في حوريات الصرصر الأمريكي.
حيث سجل 15.4 دقيقة كأقل وقت قاتل في تركيز 100 % و 23.4 و 13.8 دقيقة كأقل وقت في تركيز 50 % و 25 % على التوالي.
أما أقلها تأثيرا فقد سجلت في المستخلص المائي لنبات الأوكالبتوس بأقل زمن 122.4 دقيقة عند 100 %.
و 199.5 و 371.5 عند التركيز 50 % و 25 % على التوالي.
أما النباتين الداتورة و التبغ فقد جاءت نتائجهما في الوسط.
من جانب آخر كان مستخلص نبات الداتورة هو الأقوى مع حوريات الصرصر الألماني و سجل كأقل زمن للقتل عند التركيز 100 % بلغ 162.1 دقيقة و 309.0 و 400 دقيقة عند التركيزين 50 % و 25 %.
و جاء كل من النباتين الدفلة و التبغ في الوسط بينما لم يسجل أي تأثير لمستخلص نبات الأوكالبتوس.
Abstract EN
Effect of the water extracts of four common plants leaves have been tested against the nymph of the Americans cockroaches (periplaneta amaricana) and German cockroaches (Blatella germanica).
Result showed that Nerium oleander was the highest effective on the nymph of American cockroaches, has an LT50 of 15.4 min at 100 % concentration, and 23.4 and 138 min at 50 % and 25 % concentration respectively, and Eucalyptus camaldulensis was lowest with LT50 122.3 min at 100 % concentration.
And 199.5, 371.5 at 50 %concentrationrespectively.
Datura metel and Nicotiana tabacum were in between.
While Datura metel was the strongest with German cockroaches nymphs has an LT 50 of 162.1 min at 100 % concentration, and 309, 407 min at 50 % and 25 %respectively.
Nicotiana tabacum, Nerium Oleander were in between.
No effect with Eucalyptus camaldulensis.
